Rekky Technology Co., Ltd. today announced the commissioning of a new platinum-cured (addition-cured) silicone extrusion line at its Zhuhai manufacturing base. The expansion increases total tubing output capacity by approximately 40%, strengthening the company's ability to serve food, pharmaceutical, biotech and renewable-energy customers worldwide.

Why platinum-cured

Platinum-cured silicone is produced with a platinum catalyst that leaves no harmful by-products, delivering ultra-low extractables and no taste or odor transfer. This makes it the preferred choice for hygienic and high-purity fluid-transfer applications.

The new line supports inner diameters from 6 mm to 75 mm and integrates automated dimensional inspection, ensuring consistent wall thickness and roundness across long production runs.
