Unlike peroxide-cured alternatives, our platinum-cured tubing offers superior transparency, lower extractables, and enhanced biocompatibility. Every batch is manufactured under strict GMP-compliant conditions and tested for compliance with FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 for repeated food contact. The smooth, non-stick inner surface prevents bacterial adhesion and supports CIP (Clean-in-Place) and SIP (Steam-in-Place) sterilization protocols.

Platinum curing uses a platinum catalyst that produces no by-products, resulting in higher purity, better transparency, and zero odor.
