Rekky Technology’s Peristaltic Pump Silicone Tubing is specially formulated to withstand the continuous compression and release cycles of peristaltic pump operation. Standard silicone tubing may fail prematurely in peristaltic applications due to fatigue cracking and surface abrasion. Our pump-grade tubing uses a proprietary silicone compound with enhanced resilience and tear strength, delivering up to 3x longer service life compared to general-purpose tubing.
The precise dimensional tolerance (±0.1 mm on ID) ensures consistent flow rates and accurate dosing — critical for pharmaceutical filling, chemical metering, and analytical instrumentation. The tubing maintains its mechanical properties across millions of compression cycles, reducing downtime and maintenance costs in continuous production environments.
