Rekky Technology’s Single Layer Braided Silicone Hose combines the purity of platinum-cured silicone with the strength of textile reinforcement to handle medium-pressure fluid transfer applications. A precision-braided layer of polyester, glass fiber, or aramid fiber is encapsulated between the inner and outer silicone tubes, creating a hose that resists internal pressure while maintaining the flexibility and cleanliness required for food, pharmaceutical, and biotech processes.

The braid angle and density are engineered to optimize pressure resistance without compromising bend radius. Unlike rigid PTFE or rubber hoses, our braided silicone hose can be routed through tight equipment spaces and maintains its shape under vacuum without collapsing. The outer silicone layer protects the braid from environmental damage and provides a smooth, wipeable surface for clean-room and wash-down environments.

Available with FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 or USP Class VI inner tubes, this hose is the workhorse of pharmaceutical transfer lines, CIP systems, and food processing equipment where pressure ratings up to 10 bar are required.
