Rekky Technology’s Steel Wire Reinforced Silicone Hose is engineered for the most demanding fluid transfer applications where vacuum suction, high internal pressure, and external crush resistance are all required simultaneously. A continuous 316L stainless steel wire helix is embedded within the silicone wall, providing structural rigidity that prevents hose collapse under full vacuum while maintaining the flexibility and purity of all-silicone construction.
This hose is the ultimate solution for tanker loading and unloading, reactor charging, vacuum filtration, and high-pressure pharmaceutical transfer. The steel wire helix acts as an internal skeleton, allowing the hose to handle both positive pressure (up to 30 bar) and negative pressure (full vacuum) without deforming. Unlike textile-reinforced hoses that may collapse under deep vacuum, the steel wire maintains the hose’s circular cross-section at all times.
The 316L stainless steel wire offers excellent corrosion resistance against CIP chemicals, acids, and sanitizers. The outer silicone layer protects the wire from environmental exposure while providing a smooth, cleanable surface.
