Rekky Technology’s Color-Coded Silicone Tubing combines the purity and performance of platinum-cured silicone with vibrant, permanent coloration for line identification, safety coding, and OEM branding. In complex processing plants with dozens of transfer lines, color-coded tubing eliminates connection errors, reduces maintenance time, and enhances workplace safety.
Our proprietary coloring process uses FDA-compliant pigments fully dispersed within the silicone matrix — not surface-coated — ensuring the color will not flake, fade, or migrate into the transferred fluid. The tubing maintains all the mechanical and chemical properties of our standard food-grade tubing, including full FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 compliance.
Beyond standard safety colors (red, blue, green, yellow, orange, black, white, purple, brown, gray, pink, translucent), we offer custom Pantone matching for OEM branding and private-label products. Surface printing with your logo, part number, or flow direction arrow is also available.
